
Nick began his real estate career at Savills in June 1999, immediately upon graduating from college. Initially hired to work on one of the most active tenant-rep teams in New York City, Nick now manages a group that focuses primarily on advising creative, dynamic tenants throughout all submarkets of Manhattan. Working with a broad range of forward-thinking companies, Nick has advised clients in the fields of tech (Spotify, SeatGeek, Sprinklr, Affirm, Fullscreen, Flipboard), advertising (MRY, BGB New York, Wieden + Kennedy), fashion (Shiseido, H&M, Isaia), finance (Cinven, PineBridge, Magnitude Capital, Jane Street Capital), law (Gunderson Dettmer, Bingham McCutchen), not-for-profit (Innocence Project, Acumen Fund, Housing Works, Sundance, Nature Conservancy) and media (DAZN, ITV, Associated Press, William Morris Endeavor), among others.
