Nicholas Dysenchuk

Nicholas Dysenchuk is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Midtown Manhattan. Mr. Dysenchuk joined the Cushman & Wakefield team in July 2013. Mr. Dysenchuk specializes in business development in the New York Metropolitan area with a strong focus on tenant representation services. Prior to his work with Cushman & Wakefield, he received a B.A. in Sociology modified with Psychology from Dartmouth College in Hanover, NH. Nicholas was a 4-year starter on the Men’s Varsity Lacrosse team where he was awarded the Most Valuable Freshman award, the Paul Schimoler award, as well as elected captain his senior year. Originally from Darien, CT, Nicholas now lives in New York City.
