Nick has been in the commercial real estate business since 1984. He was a principal and co-founding partner of Signature Group 2001-2021. Nick has started a new brokerage company with Amiran Soifer, an expert and multiple company owner in the computer technology field. Nick has experience in many aspects of the commercial real estate business include tenant representation (primarily office), senior housing, medical, acquisitions, landlord representation, retail, investment sales and industrial.
