Nick Biedron is a licensed real estate salesperson and investment real estate professional specializing in Manhattan multifamily and mixed-use property types. His investment sales team advises private and institutional clients on the state of the Manhattan commercial real estate market on the changing regulatory environment affecting short-term property management decisions long-term investment planning options including analyzing the financial consequences of refinancing, selling outright or undertaking a 1031 exchange and performing a complete strategic review of a client’s property or portfolio.
