Nicholas Barber

Nic manages the day-to-day financial operations and investment recommendations for Barber Partners. In this role, Nic supervises the research and underwriting aspects of all transactions, as well as finance and asset management. Nic is a member of the company’s Board of Directors and Investment Committee. Previously, Nic served as President of Encore Commercial, LLC where he managed all of the company’s retail and office opportunities. During his tenure, Nic served on the Boards of Directors for multiple divisions of the company as well as the Investment Committee and helped close more than $2 billion of real estate acquisitions and developments. With two decades of experience in the industry, Nic is currently focused on the development of Chill Storage, a nationwide network of Class-A cold temperature-controlled warehouses. His experience in closing complex real estate transactions provides an added advantage in determining the proper deal structure and analyzing financing options.
