Nic Simmonds

Nic joined Ashtons in 2021, having previously been a Regional Manager and Managing Director for a number of well-known corporate agents. He brings with him over 25 years of experience and is an accredited member of NAEA, ARLA and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Nic now oversees 'The Collection', a unique portfolio of inspirational Hertfordshire homes, having the added advantage of being a local resident for over 30 years. When not in the office, Nic is a keen golfer and can often be found playing at Hammonds End Golf Course. Nic is also former Secretary of the Redbourn Round Table.
