Niall Travers

As a Managing Director at JLL’s Portland office and part of the Corporate Services Team, Niall has two areas of focus. The first is representing corporate clients’ facility portfolios both nationally and internationally. The second is leading JLL’s Start Up Practice Group and helping Portland’s technology companies develop a facility strategy that is flexible and supports with their business goals. His expertise lies in his ability to translate customer needs into user requirements and converting these ideas into tangible projects that can be analyzed throughout their life cycle. When working with his corporate clients, Niall does a great job of interpreting a company’s strategic plan and implementing a facility strategy that is in-line with those goals. His attention to detail and market expertise is crucial to clients and helps him establish long-term trusted relationships with corporations of all sizes. Before starting in corporate real estate, Niall spent nine years in Silicon Valley where he worked with multiple technology companies, helping them develop and implement their business development platforms.
