Nestor Icaza is the founder of Nestor Icaza Real Estate. Born and raised on the San Francisco Peninsula, Nestor began his career in the real estate industry as a project manager for a small development company. He has been a licensed Realtor since 2016 and has personally invested in, bought, and sold real estate for the last 10 years. Nestor prides himself on treating his clients like family. Approaching each situation with a service-oriented mindset and keeping his clients' best interests at heart have quickly set him apart from other sales agents. In a short amount of time, he has been recognized as a top-producing agent at his brokerage and has been awarded multiple production awards. Nestor provides a high level of service and focuses on educating his clients so they can make informed decisions based on their personal buying or selling goals. He brings valuable negotiation and investment skills to the table, skills that can only be learned through experience, and always aims to exceed his clients' expectations, creating a stress-free and frictionless customer experience. In his personal time, Nestor loves taking Luna, his Rottweiler, to the beach, trying new restaurants, spending time with his family, and volunteering at addiction recovery centers. He currently resides in the City of Millbrae in the heart of the Peninsula. Additionally, he was the founder and CEO of his own international business, Manifestacion Vineyards, which produced and imported a unique Spanish wine from his private vineyard in Galicia.
