Nery Thorimbert
Nery Thorimbert joined Avalon Park Group in the Summer of 2019 as Senior Property Manager overseeing the commercial and residential property management for APG. Her 37+ years of experience in the property management and leasing industry gave her the background to manage 250,000+ SF of commercial and approximately 386 multifamily residential units for the company. In 2023 Nery transitioned to the commercial leasing side becoming the Commercial Leasing Manager for APG communities. Starting her career in South Florida in the accounting department for a property management company, then quickly moving to the property management division, and becoming a certified trainer in the multi-family housing and commercial development industries give her a well-rounded perspective for the company’s diverse portfolio.
