Neill Kelly
Neill Kelly leads CBRE’s Occupier Restructuring and Disposition platform in North America, helping clients to assess, value, reorganize and ultimately reduce the overall cost of their real estate portfolios, among other services. A Senior Vice President, he is based in CBRE’s Melville, N.Y., office. Neill’s team advises occupiers who increasingly want to optimize their store portfolios to achieve their ideal mix of brick-and-mortar stores and e-commerce operations. They also have extensive experience working within bankruptcy cases and with other asset classes such as office and industrial. Clients who use disposition and restructuring services often include retailers, as well as private-equity sponsors that require pre-acquisition portfolio analysis or post-acquisition transaction services; and investment banks or law firms with clients going through restructuring or liquidation. Neill and his team guide clients through their transitions with the assistance of any of several disciplines within the CBRE platform, including Advisory & Transaction Services, Valuation, Capital Markets, Facilities Management and Location Analytics, among others.
