Neil McAllister

Neil is a commercial property Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years' experience. Specialisms include industrial agency, motor trade and the development sector. He has a broad base of clients with the majority of his instructions being within the Central Belt of Scotland. Acting on behalf of the landowners Neil was actively involved in the marketing of land and thereafter securing deals for 3 new car showrooms (Mercedes, Porsche and Jaguar/Land Rover) at Newcraighall in South East Edinburgh. Also acted on behalf of the property owner of a showroom on Gorgie Road which is now leased to Frasers of Falkirk. The property was thereafter sold as an investment. Provision of development advice mainly within the industrial sector but also for mixed use sites. This includes the initial site identification, appraisal, layout consultation and subsequent marketing and disposal, on the basis of both leasehold and freehold completed properties.
