As a local business owner, real estate investor and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of investing prowess, I have been a consultant and advisor to hundreds of small and mid-sized companies throughout the Greater Baltimore Region with regards to their business and real estate needs. I am always on the lookout for new opportunities where I can use my vast business and financial resources, expertise and extensive connections to add real value to your business and your real estate portfolio. Neil is a veteran commercial real estate broker. He started his brokerage career in 1983 with Weaver Bros. in Chevy Chase, MD. An entreprenuer at heart, Neil founded Corridor Commercial Real Estate Group LLC in 1989 with partners Michael Glick, Mickey Abrams and Rob Freedman. As President, Neil oversaw day to day operations at Corridor from 1989 until May, 2003 when he turned over his administrative responsibilities to Rob Freedman so he could focus exclusively on strategic initiatives and business development activities for the firm while also putting together investment deals for clients and partnerships that he formed. Neil’s passion to help others, business acumen, problem solving skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and extensive contacts are the key ingredients to his success.
