Neil Ellner

As the Senior Vice President of Asset Management at BH3 Management, Mr. Ellner leads strategy and execution across the firm's New York portfolio. He is responsible for driving performance across multifamily, value-add, and repositioned recaptured non-performing assets. Since joining BH3 in 2014, he has played a key role in sales and leasing strategy, capital improvement planning, underwriting, and financial reporting. Mr. Ellner also oversees operational execution and asset-level business plans. Prior to BH3, he managed a large multifamily portfolio at Windward Real Estate.
