Neil Ellner

As a Vice President of Asset Management at BH3 Management, Mr. Ellner oversees the firms New York Portfolio. Mr. Ellner joined BH3 in 2014 after previously working with Windward Real Estate (a previously affiliated entity) in managing day to day operations for a large multifamily portfolio throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. Mr. Ellner holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Economics, from Pennsylvania State University.
