Neil Bestwick

Neil Bestwick is a Partner in our Restructuring and Recovery department and is a RICS Registered Valuer and Property Receiver having been with the company since 1999. Neil is experienced in advising Insolvency Practitioners on property related matters covering both realisation and restructuring strategies including work in Asset Based Lender and Corporate Finance markets as well as providing valuation advice for main stream lending clients. Neil is also a Fellow member of The Association of Property and Fixed Charge Receivers (NARA) and regularly takes Fixed Charge / Law of Property Act (LPA) Receivership appointments for a number of Banks / other lending institutions.
