He is responsible for the coordination and management of Lincoln’s Northern Virginia leasing team and portfolio, currently in excess of 11 million sq. ft. Since 2000, Neil has completed over 750 lease and sale transactions in excess of 8 million sq.ft. involving landlord and tenant representation. Prior to joining Lincoln, Neil worked for Rowe Development Company from 1988 to 1991.
