Ned Rukavina
Executive Director
Ned Rukavina provides transaction management, corporate representation, site selection, and property listing services to clients in the Twin Cities and the Upper Midwest. He is a member of the prestigious Offshore Club, awarded to the company’s top producers for high production levels. A select list of Ned’s clients have included; Associated Bank, USBank, Topline Credit Union, Caribou Coffee, Crate & Barrel, Rue 21, Aldi, Primrose Preschools, Orthology, FedEx Office, Starbucks, Barre3, Bloomin Brands Restaurant Group and Life Time Fitness. Ned is a member of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association (MSCA). He is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). He volunteers for the Salvation Army, the Pohlad Foundation, Great Rivers Greening and Courage Kenny Ski and Snowboard Program.
