Ned Roberts

Ned is an RPH Multifamily Group of Marcus & Millichap co-founder, specializing in apartment brokerage throughout greater Tampa Bay, Central Florida, and Tallahassee. Ned has lived in Florida since 1999 and worked in commercial real estate brokerage, construction, and development since 2005. In 2015, he joined Marcus & Millichap with an exclusive focus on multifamily advisory services and investment sales. Above all, Ned values his long-term client relationships. He takes tremendous pride in having successfully closed multiple transactions with many of his clients over the years. Ned was an AP, Edward R. Murrow and Emmy Award-winning television reporter early in his professional career. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, he founded, owned and operated a statewide construction contracting company. He lives in Tampa with his wife Michelle and their two children, Finley and Georgia. Ned is an active member of St. John’s Episcopal Church who enjoys boating, golf, skiing, concerts and travel in his free time.
