Ned Brady

Mr. Brady joined the Blue & Obrecht Realty, LLC in May 2025 as President of Brokerage. He specializes in tenant representation, global supply chain/logistics, real estate development, and construction. Prior to joining Lee, Ned was a Principal for Lee and associates ( 8 years ) and with the Chesapeake Real Estate Group 2013-2017 as a partner and the head of the development team. Ned was formerly with Cushman & Wakefield as a senior member of the Mid-Atlantic Industrial team after working for eight years with CBRE. Mr. Brady specializes in re-development and construction of industrial properties, as well as, negotiating both the leasing and sale of assets. His prior duties at CBRE have included Director of Technical Services, Director of Asset Services, and Industrial Broker for the Washington/Baltimore/Virginia Region. Major clients represented include LaSalle Investment Management, Prudential, Industrial Income Trust, First Industrial, hh Gregg, CBRE Investors, and Cabot Properties, Kohl’s, USSA, and COPT.
