Neal Wolf is a co-founder of Performance Real Estate Advisors, focusing on affordable housing sales across the country concentrating in the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. His approach is simple: build and leverage strong, lasting relationships within the affordable housing space to help PREA’s clientele perform on every transaction. His years of affordable housing sales experience and tireless work ethic provide his clients with unparalleled results. Neal earned his Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Business Marketing from the Haworth College of Business at Western Michigan University. Outside the office, he likes spending time with his wife and three daughters. Most weekends you will find Neal on the softball diamond, basketball court or soccer field coaching his girls.
