Neal Pringle

Neal is Director of Investment Sales & Finance, whose background includes over 35 year in all facets of commercial real estate, including appraisal, mortgage banking/brokerage, investment brokerage, acquisitions, dispositions and commercial development and redevelopment. He has held leadership positions throughout his career in real estate, including President of his own company where he represented clients such as Morgan Stanley’s private Real Estate Investment Trust and Center America Property Trust. Neal has been responsible for in excess of $3.5 billion in transaction volume throughout his career. His tenure in the industry allows him to capitalize on numerous long-term relationships to fulfill his client’s needs. Neal holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Graduate Real Estate Certificate from Georgia State University MBA program, as well as achieving a CCIM designation. Neal is licensed real estate broker in Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina, and a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers and the CCIM Association.
