Neal Dangello

Since joining Newmark in 2001, Mr. Dangello has completed over 750 leasing and sales transactions totaling over 7,500,000 square feet, which are amongst some of the largest leasing transactions in the region including ING Direct, Farmers Insurance, Computer Sciences Corp., and Corporation Services Company. He has also been named one of the “Blacks Guide’s Top Guns” as well as “Power Broker” for being one of the Philadelphia region’s top 20 brokers. In addition, over the years Mr. Dangello has had multiple transactions recognized by the Philadelphia Business Journal as completing some of the best real estate deals in the Philadelphia MSA. During his tenure at Newmark, Mr. Dangello has worked and managed relationships with some of the largest landlords in the region and country including Equity Commonwealth, Brandywine Realty Trust, Buccini/Pollin Group, Trefoil Properties, Keystone Property Group and M&T Bank to name a few.
