Neal Bowman

Neal joined Sturges with over fifteen years of experience in real estate starting in business development and then proceeding as a broker and investor. He works exclusively with clients in the acquisition, lease-up, and disposition of commercial properties across Northeast Indiana and the Midwest. In the last two years, Neal, along with Phil Hagee, have closed over $50 million in transaction value and they have an extensive client list ranging from private investors to local and large institutional groups. His ability to assist his clients in buying and effectively marketing quality commercial properties has led to his ranking as one of the top Indiana advisor’s year-to-year.
