Nat Rockett is an Associate Broker with Marcus & Millichap. During his 20 years of investment sales experience in New York City, Mr. Rockett has closed more than 70 transactions totaling $6.5 billion in value. His track record covers a broad spectrum of asset types and transaction structures. Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mr. Rockett executed on the sale of 88 Leonard Street, a 352 unit Class A apartment property, 80 Broad Street, a 36 story office tower in the Financial District, 30 Flatbush Avenue, a 242,000 SF office property in Downtown Brooklyn fully-leased to Con Edison, and 101 Murray Street, a prime Tribeca development site. Mr. Rockett's clients include Vornado Realty Trust, Benetton, Rockrose and St. John's University. He notably executed the sale of 452 5th Avenue for $330 million on behalf of HSBC during one of the most challenging periods in the New York City investment sales market. Other prominent transactions include the sale of 693 Fifth Avenue on behalf of Takashimaya Co., 31 West 52nd Street on behalf of Deutsche Bank and 1334 York Avenue on behalf of RFR Realty. Mr. Rockett began his career at Massey Knakal Realty Services and worked in the investment sales department of CBRE and Insignia/ESG prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, where he served as a Managing Director and head of New York investment sales. He most recently served as a co-head of the investment sales team for Cushman & Wakefield in Manhattan. His transactional experience includes the sale of office properties, development parcels, retail properties, multifamily buildings, leasehold interests and mortgages. Mr. Rockett has successfully completed transactions throughout the metropolitan area including Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Westchester County and New Jersey. He is a member of YMWREA and the Real Estate Board of New York where he serves on the Sales Brokers committee.
