
Nathan Timmons is a Senior Associate with the RIPCO retail investment sales team in Tampa, FL. He primarily focuses on multi-tenant retail centers throughout Florida, including Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and the Panhandle. Before becoming an Associate, he was responsible for overseeing the financial underwriting, research, and analysis of multi-tenant and single-tenant retail properties mostly in the state of Florida for the team. Over his career, he has taken part in the underwriting and valuation of over $400 million worth of real estate. Prior to joining RIPCO, Nathan was an associate with CBRE’s West Florida Retail Investment Sales team where he underwrote and assisted in the transactions of retail properties mostly along Florida’s West Coast.
