Responsible for the company’s new business development Nathan manages the development, acquisition, and disposition of net leased medical assets for both private and institutional principals. His clientele list includes developers of DaVita and Fresenius Dialysis Clinics, Urgent Care Facilities, and Freestanding Emergency Departments, as well as Net-Leased investors that are seeking to exchange or diversify their holdings.
