Nathan Hourizadeh joined EPIC in 2016. Prior to joining the team, he was an acquisitions associate for a real estate development firm in Manhattan. Nathan sourced and underwrote potential real estate transactions catered to meet a series of investment criteria. This experience has equipped him with the essential tools to pursue an expertise in the field, in addition to providing him with an expansive body of knowledge into the framework of the New York City real estate market. Nathan received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from Yeshiva University’s Sy Syms School of Business.
