He joined a brokerage in South San Francisco with a focus on the San Francisco - San Jose industrial sale & lease market, representing both landlords and tenants. In early 2019, Nathan moved to Orange County and joined Cushman & Wakefield as a Director. In 2026 Nathan expanded his career by joined SRS Industrial as Vice President within their Newport Beach office. With over 850 transactions covering over 8.5 million square feet of Commercial Real Estate, Nathan and his team set multiple sales & lease records for price per square foot and exceeded expectations of his clients with his aggressive marketing tactic.
