Born and raised in Sarasota, Fl. Nathan Butrum has had first hand experience with all aspects of the restaurant. It has been 19 years and counting. An underage boy washing dishes in the back of a locally owned Mom and Pop restaurant found his first taste of the industry. Nathan wanted to be able to cook like his mother, and even at that early age, knew that it was a life skill that you could take anywhere with you. He has been through the ranks from dishwasher to manager to chef. It was only when dating a server that he realized his plight and progress mired in mud and not advancing fast enough. The change was made and a smiling and bright face was introduced to the personal guest service side. From there it has been back to school and enhancing his knowledge of life. Nathan has travelled to places he has only imagined and saw things only glimpsed in dreams. This has led him \ to his current position at Keller Williams, where he works while finishing his B.A. in International Business at State College of Florida. From here on out, it is only looking up and those dreams are being manifested in reality.
