Nathan Beach

Nathan Beach serves as Managing Director in JLL’s Mid-Atlantic brokerage group. He has over 15 years of experience in the Washington, DC office market, with a unique background as a Director of Marketing with one of DC’s top architecture firms. He is currently involved in the marketing and leasing of approximately 17 million square feet of office space on behalf of third-party owners. With a diverse background in tenant representation, agency leasing and marketing, Nathan brings a very unique skill set to his commercial real estate investor clients in downtown Washington, DC. Prior to joining JLL, Nathan spent eight years at CBRE, exclusively focused in the Washington, DC office market. While at CBRE, Nathan represented over 3 million square foot of office product, successfully leasing trophy assets and Class A and B properties.
