Nate Oleson

Nate Oleson is a Managing Director of Walker & Dunlop Investment Sales, based in Davis, California. Mr. Oleson is responsible for broadening the platform’s multifamily property sales presence throughout Northern California. He brings 18 years of experience in the disposition of multifamily assets in the region, ranging from the Bay Area to Lake Tahoe, and Fresno to Sacramento. Prior to Walker & Dunlop, Mr. Oleson served as a Managing Director for Newmark Knight Frank, where he was responsible for institutional and private client sales throughout Northern California. He started his career as a Sales Associate for the commercial real estate firm Arroyo & Coates.
