Nate Moyer

Nate Moyer is a Senior Vice President for multifamily investment sales for the Colliers Denver office. He specializes in the disposition of multifamily assets while representing a diverse profile of private, middle market and institutional clients throughout Denver, Colorado Springs, Northern Colorado, and the greater Mountain West Region. Nate has been involved in the sale of over 8,000 units and has executed more than $1.8 billion in multifamily sales. Prior to joining Colliers in 2025, Nate was a Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia since 2018, and before that a Senior Property Manager and Broker Associate for Four Star Realty, a Colorado based student housing operator. Nate received his BA from the University of Colorado.
