Nate Cordray

Nate Cordray joined Berkeley Capital Advisors in 2021 and specializes in the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties. Based out of the West Coast office, Nate represents physician groups, institutional/private investors, operators, developers, and private equity groups. His experience has enabled him to deliver results to the partnerships and relationships he maintains. Prior to Berkeley, he worked at Matthews REIS under the Healthcare Division with a focus on selling net lease medical deals. He is a longtime Los Angeles area resident and graduated from University of California Santa Barbara in 2008. Nate is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Outside the office Nate and his wife Kaitlin enjoy hiking, biking, and snowboarding and attempting to keep pace with their 2 dogs and 2-year-old son.
