Natalie Carroll

NATALIE CLAYTON CARROLL began working with the family business at the age of 18, during her summers home from college. After graduating with a BA from Loyola Marymount University, she obtained her CA Real Estate License and began working for a residential brokerage in Beverly Hills. At 25, Natalie returned home to Orange County to work with a real estate investment firm which was followed by career experience at a commercial brokerage. Natalie decided to return to school in 2005 to study Interior Design, a lifelong passion. While still in school, she established Clayton & Crane Design with a childhood friend in order to obtain hands-on experience and gain a head start in the industry as a young entrepreneur. After receiving her degree and graduating in 2008, the Clayton Design Group was established with her father, Nick. Together, they have worked on various residential and commercial projects in Palm Desert, Orange County and Portland, Oregon . Natalie currently is the Marketing Director and onsite Design Consultant for the Clayton Companies.
