Nancy Herchenroeder

Nancy joined Bill Beall Co., Inc, in 1999, and is responsible for all aspects of sales, leasing, construction and property management, and is the general manager for the Company’s commercial investment properties. A broker since 2001 and the Company’s Designated Broker since 2010, Nancy holds the highly sought after designation of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) which recognizes national experts in the commercial and investment real estate industry. Nancy has special expertise in the sales and leasing of retail, office and industrial properties. She has also earned the designation of Certified Property Manager (CPM) which is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Nancy oversees management of over 700,000 s/f of commercial property. Nancy has been a part of every real estate transaction that has taken place at Bill Beall Company since 1999. She brings competence, energy, and an abundance of knowledge to each and every project. Her high standards of excellence have served Bill Beall Company clients prosperously over the years. Nancy is a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Institute of Real Estate Management and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
