Nadav Kariv

Nadav Kariv serves as Senior Vice President and co-lead of Colliers’ Buyer Advisory Services practice, an extension of the firm’s Southwest Investment Services Team based in Los Angeles. Nadav advises private investors and family offices on their real estate strategies and acquisition process throughout the West Coast. Over his decade-long real estate career, he has sold over $1.2 billion worth of real estate across all major asset classes. Joining Colliers in 2023 from Newmark in San Francisco, Nadav spent five years as Associate Director of the firm’s Bay Area Private Capital Group. Previously, he was a co-head and founding partner of Avison Young’s Northern California Capital Markets Team. Before starting his real estate career, Nadav played professional soccer for four years in Israel, Italy, and Switzerland. He is also fluent in Hebrew and Spanish.
