Mr. Vandell joined Meridian in 2024 and currently serves as an Associate in the company’s Midtown office, where he excels in landlord and tenant representation throughout New York City. With a strong track record in retail leasing, Mr. Vandell has built a reputation for his expertise in food, fitness, and service-oriented spaces. He has also carved out a niche in the leasing of boutique fashion concepts, showcasing his versatility and keen market insight. Before joining Meridian, Mr. Vandell gained valuable experience as an intern at Segall Group, where he developed a solid foundation in retail leasing. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Delaware.
