Morty Bistritzky
Morty Bistritzky is the Chief Executive Officer at Wasa Properties. As such, Mr. Bistritzky is responsible for the overall strategic direction and execution of the Company’s value-creation based objectives and oversees its entire real estate operation encompassing in excess of 2 million square feet of community and neighborhood shopping centers as well as office and industrial assets. Mr. Bistritzky is one of the founding partners of Wasa Properties and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. With over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry Mr. Bistritzky is an established real estate veteran, while being involved in more than $1 billion worth of real estate projects. Mr. Bistritzky has been a member of International Council of Shopping Centers since 2002.
