BUSINESS BACKGROUND Prior to joining Colliers, Mort was the Director of the Tenant Representation group at CBC. He was also the Director of Leasing at Flagler Development Group, where he oversaw a portfolio of 5.5 million SF of office and industrial product. Previously Mort was with Equis, a tenant representation firm in Chicago, where he oversaw national portfolios and completed one of Chicago’s largest office transactions on behalf of the Cook County Housing Authority. COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT Mort has strong ties to South Florida’s commercial real estate community, as he is a member of NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida, the Urban Land Institute and the Commercial Industrial Association of South Florida. He is also a member of the Coastal Conservation Association.
