Morgan Faunce

Morgan Faunce grew up in the Lake Erie shore area before graduating from Bowling Green State University and moving to Medina. Morgan spent many years volunteering with various organizations including, Medina Chamber of Commerce, the Partnership for 2003, United Way, and The American Red Cross. A 25 year veteran in Commercial Real Estate; the first 10 years was spent in leasing, development, investing, and property management; which led him to obtain his real estate license in 2007. In 2008, Morgan joined Gerspacher Real Estate Group as both a real estate agent and property management specialist. Throughout his tenure at Gerspacher he has consistently been a top producer; with nearly 500 sale and lease transactions and approximately $50 million in Gross Sales, under his belt since joining Gerspacher. Morgan has vast experience representing property owners in management, consulting, leasing, and sales, as well as buyers and tenants looking for all types of properties. In 2020, Morgan was made a Partner and Vice President. In addition to his continuing role as an agent, he oversees strategic operations of the firm, including the Property Management team.
