Morgan's area of expertise lies in representing companies in lease negotiations and corporate relocations in the greater Seattle office market. Morgan's comprehensive service has focused on strategic planning for companies, finanical analysis and thorough research and knowledge of the market. He has also been engaged in the leasing and sales of several office buildings in the greater Seattle area. Morgan resides in Kirkland and volunteers with local charities, including Rise-n-Shine and Youthcore.
