Monique Lacey

Before joining CBI, Ms. Lacey was a Senior Vice President with the tenant representation firm, Bailes & Associates, Inc., for 30 years. Prior, she was with Knight Frank Faulkner Baillieu ("KFFB"), an international real estate brokerage firm in downtown Los Angeles. Before KFFB, she was with Los Angeles Realty Services, Inc., in Beverly Hills, representing landlords and tenants. Ms. Lacey has always been a top producer. Ms. Lacey started her real estate career in property management with Cabot, Cabot & Forbes at The International Jewelry Center and Maguire Thomas Partners, managing the three million-square-foot Wells Fargo Center in downtown Los Angeles. Ms. Lacey lives in Playa del Rey with her husband and has two wonderful grown children. Ms. Lacey enjoys boating, the beach, and the mountains and appreciates quiet time. She has chaired several charitable fundraisers and has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for worthy causes.
