Monica LeBlanc

Having her Realtor license in 2005, Monica obtained her Broker license in 2014. She opened Diamond State Realty Cooperative LLC in Dover after being the Broker for another company managing their offices in each of the counties in Delaware. Since then she has added Diamond State Property Management LLC to her portfolio in 2017. Currently serves on the Delaware Real Estate Commission Monica holds several designations and is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institution. Monica is a member of NAR, DAR, NCCBOR, KCAR, and SCAOR. She has also served on the NAR Housing Committee as well as several committees on both the state and local levels. Monica is a Delaware native and specializes in relocations, land, and commercial sales. She is the 2021-2023 Downtown Dover Rotary President. Has served on the First State Animal Shelter and SPCA board of directors, and she is a member of the Moose and American Legion.
