Monica Graham

Since joining Schnitzer Properties in 2005, Monica Graham has played a pivotal role in overseeing leasing and operations for the East Bay region. Monica also manages a premier Class A multi-tenant, full-service office park located within the prestigious Hacienda Business Park. Graham's responsibilities include leading a skilled team of property managers, engineers, and administrative staff, along with coordinating a wide range of third-party vendors, from custodial services to tenant improvements and capital projects. In this role as a member of Schnitzer Properties’ Operations Leadership Group, Graham actively contributes to the development and implementation of company-wide best practices, spearheading training initiatives, and driving operational excellence across all aspects of property management. A dedicated industry professional, Graham is an active member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) and CREW-East Bay. Monica holds the distinguished Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation and a California Real Estate License. Additionally, Graham serves as Secretary-Treasurer for the Hacienda Business Park Owners Association.
