Monica Danek
Monica (Mo) Danek is the Marketing Director and one of the founding members at Performance Real Estate Advisors. She runs point on the preparation of all valuation and marketing materials. Mo has successfully assisted with the sale of more than $200 million in affordable housing real estate during her career. In addition to real estate, Mo has devoted years coaching at the collegiate soccer level and spent time working for a national sports marketing company. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Lewis University in Romeoville, IL, and her Master’s in Organizational Leadership & Quality from Marian University in Fond du Lac, WI. She continues to coach women’s soccer at Lewis University in her spare time.
