Molly Westbrook

Molly Westbrook is Executive Vice President and Managing Director overseeing CBRE’s Canadian head office in downtown Toronto. She is strategically building CBRE’s business in the Greater Toronto Area and is CBRE’s executive champion for our Canadian retail professionals and clients. Mrs. Westbrook is a respected commercial real estate leader who has experience in office, industrial and retail space. She is known in markets across the Canada and the United States and is fluent in property operations, tenant relations and cross selling products and services. Her previous experience includes leading a national asset services business with over 40 million sq. ft. of institutional and privately owned properties that was supported by over 700 employees. She has been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 professional and a Utah Business Journal Woman to Watch. Mrs. Westbrook is socially conscious and embodies CBRE’s commitment to elevating real estate services and making positive change in our communities.
