Molly Austin

Molly grew up around real estate by spending time with her father in North Carolina. She has always had a gift for investing in real estate both residential and commercial. She started her real estate investing in the Atlanta, GA area in 2005. She started her own property management company in 2013 with her husband that specializes in commercial properties. This experience helps her work well with all of her customers. She always wanted to be a REALTOR. She joined the Davidson Realty, Inc. team through a ladies’ network at the Jacksonville Clay Targets Sports, Bells with Shells in Florida in 2021. She is now working with her father's company RESPEC, LLC based in North Carolina. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BBA in business management and finance. Molly has a passion for missions and animals. She is a long-time sponsor and team leader for Faithful Servant Missions and is a board member for the Wildlife Rescue Coalition of Northeast Florida. When she is not doing real estate, mission trips or animal rescue she is managing her Jeep shop, Happy Trails 4x4, in Atlantic Beach. Let’s just say she loves life and everything it brings her way!
