Mohamed Gamal handles land sales, build-to-suits and ground leases. He represents owners across the Houston metro area on the disposition of their land and improvements. Prior to making a career in commercial real estate, Mohamed operated and managed a chain of businesses, ranging from automotive service centers and automotive leasing to restaurants. As an experienced operator, he gained an in-depth knowledge of, and an interest in, both retail business and real estate. He is also an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
