Mitesh Patel

Mitesh “Mike” Patel joined Heritage Hospitality Group after graduating from Mississippi State University in 2007. He initially led the company’s division for developing residential assets, and transitioned into the hospitality division when commercial projects began to evolve. Like his brother, Mike was surrounded by hotels his entire life. He learned every aspect of the business — from marketing and sales to front desk operations to housekeeping. Under Mike’s direction, many of the properties received excellent inspection scores and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. Mike is passionate about developing construction projects, which includes FF&E. Coupled with his creativity and ability to understand ever-changing floor plans, he has earned the trust of high-level hospitality brands.
