Prior to joining Marcus & Millichap, Mitchell worked at a local commercial real estate agency and quickly established himself as doing whatever it takes to perform for his clients. In his first few months in commercial real estate, Mitchell closed on multiple listings where other brokers were unsuccessful. He was able to accomplish this by developing a customized marketing plan to differentiate each property and, most importantly, investing the time and energy to make sure the best investors saw the assets. Mitchell will be focusing on economy and midscale hotels in the Southeast Central region of the United States. Before working in real estate, Mitchell worked in the medical software space offering products and services that improved the patient’s phone experience at health systems and dental offices. His service-first approach now builds a foundation for a well-rounded strategy for the acquisition and disposition of client’s hospitality assets. The few times Mitchell is not talking or learning about real estate, he can be found working out, reading, attending church, trying a new restaurant, or spending time with his wife, Fabiola, and their two furry four-legged children – Sonia and Stassi.
